assignment of contract

We hold an assignable purchase contract. We are not the homeowner, so we are not selling the property itself. Instead, we are assigning the purchase contract, which gives you the right to buy the home. The buyer will cover the seller’s closing costs.

For sale by owner

These properties are being sold directly by us. We are the owners and sellers, offering the properties without a listing agent. All offers and negotiations should be directed to us. Closing costs and other fees are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
