assignment of contract

For the properties listed below, we hold assignable purchase contracts. We are not the homeowners and therefore are not selling the properties themselves. Instead, we are assigning the purchase contracts, which gives you the right to purchase the properties. The buyer will pay the seller’s closing costs.

For sale by owner

These properties are being sold directly by us. We are the owners and sellers, offering the properties without a listing agent. All offers and negotiations should be directed to us. Closing costs and other fees are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
